Migori County Health Department
Mother & Baby Integrated Registry
Antenatal · Delivery · Postnatal · Immunisation
Enrol antenatal mothers at the clinic or in the community, track every ANC contact through delivery, register the newborn at the point of delivery, and continue into postnatal care and the immunisation schedule — all in real time.
Every antenatal mother enrolled at a health facility or in the community, with full residence and pregnancy variables.
The registry automatically picks mothers under 20 completed weeks of gestation from the general list.
The nursing officer in charge verifies with a protected password, then the SCMOH approves for the sub-county.
Once approved at both levels the final list is generated for download and sharing.
When a mother delivers, her outcome is recorded and the newborn is added to the same file. From that moment the registry tracks postnatal visits for the mother and the full immunisation schedule for the child, so no contact is lost between services.
Each list shows exactly what is pending verification, what has been rejected and what is approved — at enrolment, at the facility and at the sub-county. Every approval is stamped with the officer, the level and the time.
